Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers

  • Promote company products over the phone

  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable information

  • Generate leads and follow up on inquiries

  • Maintain customer records and update the CRM system

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

  • Report to the Sales Manager on call activities and lead status

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in telesales / telecalling preferred

  • Strong communication and persuasive skills

  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office & EXCEL) FOR REPORTING

  • Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach
